It can work in two ways in this regard. (A) Olive oil moisturizes the dry portion of the scalp and prevents them from flaking. It can help loosen stubborn dandruff scales. For this, the scaly portion falls away as large piece instead of separate flakes. This ends dandruff because the affected spot can finally heal. Take a few drops of olive oil and apply it to the scalp. Rub for about 10 minutes then wash your hair. After that, you can normally wash with shampoo. Before washing your hair, brush it out. It will help to reduce hair dandruff.

  1. Adequate Rest

Take a full and proper rest as lack of sleep and stress can increase the hair dandruff.

  1. Dust

Always cover up the hair from dust basically while traveling. This will keep your hair away from harsh, polluted environment and reduce the risk of hair dandruff.

  1. Sunrays

Never expose your hair to the sunrays, because the harmful UVA and UVB rays can dry hair out and finally causes hair dandruff.

  1. Chemicals

Make sure that your products to remove hair dandruff are parabens, sulfates and silicones free. Always try to use herbal products and look out for ingredients such as ZPT and Pro-V Complex that reduce dandruff to a great extent.
